Professor Muchlas Samani specializes in the field of mechanical engineering and educational assessment at Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Among his extraordinary managerial experiences, Professor Samani was a former director for human resources at Directorate General for Higher Education, Ministry of National Education from 2007-2010. Later, he served as the rector of Universitas Negeri Surabaya in 2010 -2014. He has immersed himself in a broad spectrum of education ranging from vocational education, teacher training education, and educational policies.

Professor Harun Joko Prayitno is the Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs, Research, Publications, and Intellectual Property Rights of Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, Indonesia. His expertise ranges from language education, pragmatics, and socio-pragmatics. Dr. Muhdi, Associate Professor, is the former Rector of Universitas PGRI Semarang, Indonesia within the period of 2014-2022. He is mainly engaged in education management, primarily educational policies, and is responsible for the project of stipulating municipal policy on education. He has participated in various academic platforms including seminars and focus group discussions on educational policies.

Professor Aceng Hasani specializes in the field of Indonesian language teaching and formerly was the former vice-rector for partnership, information systems, and industrial services at Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa. He engages himself in writing scientific articles, psycholinguistics, and semantics. His organizational experiences include being a vice chairman of communication forum of Indonesian teacher training and education deans and a chairman of Association of Indonesian Bachelor of Education.

Director for Finance, Resources, and General Administration

Professor Sofia Hartati specializes in the field of early childhood education at Universitas Negeri Jakarta, Indonesia. Her primary organizational activities include being a board member of Pacific Early Childhood Education Researcher Association (PECERA), a chair of Indonesian Association of Early Childhood Education, and special staff for early childhood education at Indonesian Cabinet of “Indonesia Bersatu.” She has actively participated in the field of quality assurance as a panel expert at the National Accreditation Agency for Higher Education Institutions (NAA-HEI).
